Simon Wiesenthal Center

The Simon Wiesenthal Center’s New York Tolerance Center is a professional development multimedia training facility targeting educators, law enforcement officials, and state/local government practitioners.

Modeled after the successful Tools for Tolerance Program at the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, the Tolerance Center provides participants with an intense educational and experiential day-long training program. Through interactive workshops, exhibits, and videos, individuals explore issues of prejudice, diversity, tolerance and cooperation in the workplace and in the community.

RPR launched a media relations campaign to initially raise awareness of the Museum of Tolerance in New York City. Throughout the campaign, we supported the Simon Wiesenthal Center by bringing global attention to the organization’s ongoing initiatives and events – including the Digital Terrorism and Hate Report followed by an app launch and press conference, which was covered extensively in mainstream and online publications. RPR secured coverage on behalf of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in The New York Times, CNN International, Fox News, Yahoo! News, Reuters, Associated Press, Voice of America, SF Gate, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, Daily Mail, Huffington Post, MSN, Business Insider, Star Tribune, Mashable, TechCrunch, The New York Post, The Hill, Los Angeles Times, KTLA, and CBS, among many other outlets.
