Savanna

Formed in 1992, Savanna is an institutional real estate private equity and asset management firm based in New York City.

Savanna claims over $3.8 billion in total capitalization. They have invested over $2.6 billion in roughly 17.3 million square feet of property across multiple asset classes and locations. RPR focused on maximizing publicity to enhance regional and industry visibility of the firm’s property transactions, financing deals, and real estate investments.

As a private equity real estate firm, Savanna had operated essentially “under the radar.” RPR was charged with bringing its significant investments to light in major publications and real estate trade outlets in order to build name recognition for the company. RPR successfully launched the assignment with a feature on a Savanna acquisition in The Wall Street Journal.

RPR continued to build substantial brand recognition on behalf of Savanna in both trade publications and major daily news outlets. RPR’s media outreach has focused on publicizing Savanna’s acquisitions, its expansion through the appointment of senior executives and business profiles in major outlets such as The New York Times and Crain’s New York Business.

RPR continued to support and emphasize the company’s ongoing brand-building objectives by generating a consistent stream of coverage surrounding transaction announcements regarding acquisitions, the company’s successful return on investments from property sales and the overall success of Savanna’s unique real estate financial strategy. Additionally, RPR has worked within SEC-permitted guidelines to publicize Savanna’s successful fund closings.

RPR has secured hundreds of significant media placements for Savanna, including feature stories in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The New York Times, The New York Post, Crain’s New York Business, The Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, CityBiz Real Estate, National Real Estate Investor, Mann Report, Real Estate Business, and GlobeSt.com.
