One Museum Mile is a luxury condominium located at 1280 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. Robert A.M. Stern served as design architect for the luxury building, which offers sweeping views of Central Park.
The 115 residential interiors were created by Andre Kikoski, who also designed award-winning restaurant The Wright at the Guggenheim.
Amenities at One Museum Mile include a landscaped roof terrace, pool and patio, fitness center with terrace, a resident’s lounge, children’s playroom and teen game room, as well as a formal conference room, bicycle room, and onsite parking.
RPR implemented a detailed media plan for One Museum Mile, which enabled the project to go from 50 percent to 100 percent sold in roughly 12 months. The firm achieved this goal through a number of strategies including regular press announcements, events and proactive media outreach. These efforts produced positive results in leading publications such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Post, Daily News, New York Magazine, Huffington Post, Robb Report, Gotham, New York Observer, The Real Deal, Curbed New York, Unique Homes, and others.
