Bank Hapoalim USA (BHI USA) is a full-service commercial bank that recently realized substantial growth in the U.S.

The financial institution engaged RPR to help the bank better-understand its business and brand in the U.S. market and to articulate the bank’s persona, key attributes, and differentiators from competitors. 

RPR worked with BHI USA extensively to support the bank’s communication needs. Specific activities included completing drafts of internal and external communications copy for BHI’s updated online banking platform; developing a preliminary messaging document for BHI of topline messaging points for the company; drafting internal copy for employees on BHI Community Service Month; writing and revising the U.S. CEO’s LinkedIn posts; crafting copy for BHI’s food and beverage division on the company’s website; and writing and placing Q&A’s and bylined articles. 

RPR also helped BHI facilitate media coverage in widely read trade publications such as ABF Journal, ABL Advisor, CityBizList, Commercial Observer, Finance Weekly, Jerusalem Post, Mann Report, New York Real Estate Journal, Real Estate Weekly, Secured Finance, and Refrigerated and Frozen Foods, among other outlets.
