15 Central Park West

Zeckendorf Development’s iconic luxury residence at Fifteen Central Park West promised to bring even more prestige to an avenue synonymous with world-class residential real estate.

Designed in a neoclassical style by master architect Robert A.M. Stern, the 202-unit condominium is evocative of classic apartment buildings erected in the 1920s and boasts spacious units, expansive balcony space and bespoke amenities for each unit.

RPR developed a media campaign designed to differentiate Fifteen CPW from the thoroughfare’s other luxury residences and sustain media attention throughout the various selling cycles. One of the central drivers of the program focused on leveraging Mr. Stern’s tremendous reputation to generate interest in the building. RPR also focused heavily on Zeckendorf Development, a highly regarded firm recognized for its innovative and inspirational projects.

As sales mounted, RPR developed storylines promoting the business success of the project, a strategy that generated ongoing media and buyer interest.

Fifteen CPW received near continuous coverage in general interest, business, real estate, architecture, design and luxury lifestyle publications, with placements in The New York Times, The New York Post, The New York Sun, The New York Observer, New York, Elite Traveler, CNBC, and others.
