As such, RPR has built brand recognition for Madison International Realty in both national and trade outlets such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg (online), Bloomberg Businessweek, The Real Deal, Private Equity Real Estate, GlobeSt.com, Commercial Observer, Commercial Property Executive, and many others.

Today, with offices in New York City, London, and Frankfurt, Madison has become a global leader in providing equity capital. Just a year after closing, Madison has fully invested its $825 million Fund V, which exceeded its $750 million targets and attracted a diverse roster of investors worldwide.
