KOGER

Rubenstein Public Relations developed and publicized a research study focused on hedge funds and private equity perception of risk for KOGER, a global financial services technology company.

KOGER provides software for investor services and compliance, supporting more than 8,000 investment funds with $2 trillion in assets. The objectives of conducting the survey were to maximize exposure, build brand recognition, and promote the client’s thought-leadership.

RPR researched and identified a polling partner that specialized in studies designed to generate media coverage. RPR worked closely with the research firm and the client to pinpoint the focus of the study and on crafting the questionnaire. The survey revealed how hedge fund and private equity managers felt about various subjects strategic to their industry, including the impact of the Trump administration, the biggest risk for asset managers in 2018, and opinions on cryptocurrency. The study sample consisted of 200 hedge fund and private equity executives.

The study produced substantial media results for KOGER. The company’s research data resulted in placements in top- tier outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, Reuters and TheStreet.com, as well as in key industry outlets including HFM Week, Private Equity International, The Deal, and Buyouts. The polling generated more than 54 million media impressions in just one month.
