Culture

Rubenstein Public Relations promotes an entrepreneurial culture that is measured on a performance-based model and supported by a collaborative team in a centralized office environment. We have a collective open-door policy that reinforces collaboration while encourages each practitioner to function independently and conscientiously.

Our talented senior-level publicists are given the autonomy to develop and execute impactful and forward-thinking communications campaigns. We also value an office culture that is conducive to creativity. He firmly believes that an artistic office can fuel work inspiration and that the overall aesthetic of a workspace can feed into a more productive team.

RPR’s workspace also offers glass-enclosed offices to senior practitioners for a more comfortable, spacious, and overall elevated working experience.

“An environment should nurture the success of its stakeholders. Art is a gift that inspires the creativity needed to unlock opportunities.”

– Richard Rubenstein
