TRUMP PARK AVENUE / VERANDA MAGAZINE SHOWCASE PENTHOUSE

When Donald Trump completed construction of the ultra-high-end duplex penthouse at Trump Park Avenue, he saw an opportunity to add further prestige to the Trump brand while increasing awareness of the property. He created a showcase penthouse in partnership with Veranda magazine, one of the most influential interior design magazines in the United States, and several famous interior designers. RPR succeeded in landing a coveted feature story in The New York Times, complete with color photographs of the residence, which led to significant coverage on a national basis and sales of units in the building.

RPR’s strategy centered around private tours of the penthouse for influential journalists, which would generate coverage leading up to two gala charity fundraisers that benefited the Alzheimer’s Association. RPR garnered media placements in many prominent New York-based media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Newsday, New York Post, Gotham, Avenue, New York, New York Observer, New York Living, Women’s Wear Daily, Time Out New York, Panache, AM New York, Metro New York and Where.
